BOHEI 25 | The Grand Theft auto Kiki Ball

Tauche ein in eine Welt voller Selbstausdruck, energiegeladener Moves und ungefilterter Lebensfreude – willkommen beim Kiki Ball! Verwurzelt in der reichen Tradition der Ballroom-Kultur sind Kiki Balls lebendige, gemeinschaftlich organisierte Events, in denen Kreativität, Identität und Widerstand in atemberaubenden Performances zusammenkommen.

Als Zuschauer*in erlebst du, wie die Teilnehmer*innen – auch „Walker“ genannt – in verschiedenen Kategorien gegeneinander antreten. Freu dich auf spektakuläre Outfits, starke Vibes und jede Menge Attitude – jede Performance erzählt eine Geschichte, zeigt Persönlichkeit und Stolz.

Ein Kiki Ball ist mehr als nur eine Show – es ist ein Fest queerer und trans Communities – besonders von BIPoC – und ein Ort, an dem jeder genau so sein kann, wie sieer ist. Laut, lebensfroh, politisch – und offen für alle, die Lust haben, Freiheit, Stärke und gewählte Familie zu feiern.

Du musst die Regeln nicht kennen – bring einfach deine Neugier, deinen Applaus und deine Begeisterung mit. Komm für die Looks, bleib für die Liebe.

GTA VI Release Date was just announced for May 2026, so why not have us a little Kiki until then to collect some XP on the floor. Zanubia 007 & SoFire 007 present to you ? The Grand Theft Auto Kiki Ball ? on June 7th 2025 at Comedia Theater in Cologne.

For (interested) participants: This time it's your moment to pull up in an outfit inspired by the videogame Grand Theft Auto. From looks that scream "I'm the boss of this company" to fits that give bank robbery or prison break.  Or wether you're a hardworking diva at the shop, a safeguard on the sunny beach or the mechanic in your garage nextdoor ready to tune up your dearest car, baby.

For the audience: Step into a world of self-expression, fierce moves, and unapologetic joy – welcome to the Kiki Ball! Rooted in the rich tradition of Ballroom culture, Kiki Balls are vibrant, community-driven events where creativity, identity, and resistance come together in dazzling performances.

As a guest, you'll witness participants – known as “walkers” – compete in categories. Expect stunning outfits, bold energy, and a whole lot of attitude as each contestant serves their look, their story, and their pride.

More than just a show, a Kiki Ball is a celebration of queer and trans communities – especially BIPoC – and a space where everyone is free to be exactly who they are. It’s loud, it’s joyful, it’s political – and it's for everyone who wants to celebrate freedom, fierceness, and found family.
No need to know the rules – just bring your curiosity, your claps, and your cheers. Come for the fashion, stay for the love.
